Why art is sometimes weeks apart...

I just feel like I should post this, also to get that old journal off.

Motivation keeps coming and going for me. It's a little odd, but I feel like I keep getting bursts of depression or just generally can't bother myself to pick up a pencil. I am working on other little things in the background, but nothing I can really submit and or feel like it's worth submitting :\

Background things I've been working on:

-A game using RPG maker
This is my first time playing the program and I've been having a lot of fun with it. It's a story game? Is that the term? Think of games like IB, the Crooked Man, etc. No fighting or anything major. The game is almost done actually! I just have a few more things to do such as story, sprites, and a little programming (not really programming as I'm using the code that already in RPG maker). It's nothing too special, it is my first game after all, but I think people will enjoy it. When I figure out how to post it I'll let you guys give it a shot

-Different styles for the characters in my WIP novel Disguised
I wanted to play around with different outfits and hairstyles of the characters of Disguised. I'm almost done with those. I have one last character and that will done. Each character will have four outfits. So basically 8 people with 4 outfits each. It's been a bit of work, but I love how they look. I'll post those when They are all done probably.

I am still working on it. It's getting there, but still it's rough. One day it will be done though

-Practicing pixel art
After playing with RPG maker I've been working with pixels more and would love to do more pixel art. I haven't done much beyond stuff for my game, but I am growing confidence in myself with it. I may do a few pixel things here and there in the future.

That's basically what all is going on. Other than work I've just been trying to shake off bad vibes and figure out some other stuff.
